Winston A. Turnage, DO
Dr. Turnage graduated medical school in 2016 and entered into his General Practitioner (GP) training at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. Over the last 7 years, he has served the US Army in various roles including one overseas assignment in Korea, a deployment as a Flight Surgeon to Afghanistan, and most recently three years as a staff physician at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Dr. Turnage founded Maui MedSpa in 2020 and is excited to be back in Austin full time. Dr. Turnage has a natural and conservative approach to aesthetics, with the goal to enhance each person's natural features. He has extensive training in Neuromodulators, PDO Thread Lifts, Fillers, and trains his staff personally in all skin care techniques.

Taylor Silvio, RN, BSN
Taylor Silvio is a registered nurse. She graduated cum laude from Our Lady of the Lake College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked as a critical care nurse for many years in the ICU and later became trained and skilled in aesthetic medicine. Whether your goals are preservation, rejuvenation, or enhancement, Taylor can provide consultations and supervised treatments in an arrangement of aesthetic injectables. Being an artist herself gives her a detail-oriented perspective and a skilled eye to identify an equally unique treatment plan. Subtle aesthetic elegance taking a ‘Taylor Made’ approach is her motto.
Morgan Silvio, RN, BSN
Morgan Silvio is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She has worked in Emergency Medicine as well as Travel Nursing assignments nationwide for the past 5 years and later became trained and certified in cosmetic services. She is experienced, has a keen aesthetic eye, and is calm under pressure.

Ashely Nguyen, RN, BSN
Ashley Nguyen is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She graduated cum laude from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She has worked as a critical care nurse in the ICU and later decided to pursue her career as a cosmetic nurse injector. She is knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. She likes to take a natural and refreshed approach while remaining result driven. Her goal is to give you an experience that will boost your self-confidence and leave you feeling your best!
Priscilla Wong, LE
Priscilla Wong was born and raised in Austin, TX. She graduated from Avenue Five Institute and has been practicing aesthetics for 9 years. She has a passion for medical aesthetics and medical skin care products. Priscilla loves to provide knowledge during her services, and she puts an emphasis on at home skin care routines. She is a big proponent of Vitamin C and chemical exfoliation—both in the treatment room and at home.
Forest Trager, PA-C
Forest is a Physician Assistant with an advanced practice degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. In addition to full-scope injecting at Maui MedSpa, Forest works at Dell Children's Hospital in Craniofacial Plastic Surgery. He assists in complex surgical cases and works with the plastic surgery team in both the clinic and hospital setting. He is a skilled practitioner when it comes to facial anatomy and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
Not surprisingly, Forest is also an artist! He has produced many paintings and medical anatomy drawings showing his keen eye for aesthetics. He is a great asset to the team and you will enjoy his thorough approach to aesthetics, anti-aging, and wellness.
Chelsea Garcia, LE
Chelsea was born and raised in Texas, and truly calls the Longhorn State home. She has over seven years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry, making her an invaluable asset. Chelsea cares deeply about her patients and takes time to explain all skin care concerns and treatment options. Being results-driven, her goal is clear skin first and foremost. She is kind and easy-going, and you will love getting to know her as one of our in-house estheticians!
