Dr. Winston A. Turnage
Founder/Medical Director
Dr. Turnage graduated medical school in 2016 and entered into his General Practitioner (GP) training at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. Over the last 7 years, he has served the US Army in various roles including one overseas assignment in Korea, a deployment as a Flight Surgeon to Afghanistan, and most recently three years as a staff physician at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Dr. Turnage founded Maui MedSpa in 2020 and is excited to be back in Austin full time. Dr. Turnage has a natural and conservative approach to aesthetics, with the goal to enhance each person's natural features. He has extensive training in Neuromodulators, PDO Thread Lifts, Fillers, and trains his staff personally in all skin care techniques.

Olivia Espinosa, RN, BSN

Olivia graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. With her background in NICU and pediatric nursing, she brings both clinical expertise and compassionate care to the world of aesthetics.
Olivia is passionate about empowering clients to feel confident in their own skin by creating personalized treatment plans that highlight natural beauty. Outside of work, she loves exploring Austin’s vibrant food scene, traveling, and walking her dog around Lady Bird Lake. We’re so excited for you to meet her!
Grace LEE, RN, BSN

Grace Lee, BSN, is a dedicated aesthetic professional with over 15 years of experience in the beauty and medical aesthetics industry. She graduated from Concordia University Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and gained valuable clinical experience working in a cardiac unit, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care, safety, and precision.
Currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree, Grace is committed to expanding her knowledge and ability to help patients through a more comprehensive approach to wellness and aesthetics. Her background combines advanced aesthetic training with extensive expertise in skin health and Korean beauty techniques, allowing her to deliver refined, natural-looking results tailored to each individual. Her approach focuses on balance, safety, and artistry, helping clients feel confident while achieving refreshed and elegant results.
Karisa Stancil, APRN
family and functional nurse practitioner
Karisa has 25 years of experience in healthcare. A long-time staple in the Round Rock area, she is known in the community for providing wonderful care with the patient-relationship at the center.
She is passionate about truly holistic care that prevents problems before they start and getting to the root of why someone is not feeling as great as they should. Her many years in family medicine managing complex cases make her adept at holistic functional medicine.
Her work is guided by a strong faith, and she truly feels that God has called her to this healing profession.
While not taking care of our wonderful patients, she enjoys spending time with her kids and grandkids, taking part in as many outdoor activities as possible, and enjoying all the fun things the city has to offer.
Farrah Taylor, LE, CLT
Certified laser technician
Originally from South Africa, Farrah has been practicing aesthetics since 2008. Internationally licensed in health and skincare, she brings years of advanced clinical expertise and deep light-based technology experience to every treatment.
Farrah has an absolute love for laser aesthetics and specializes in corrective skin solutions. Her areas of expertise include treating melasma, acne rosacea, anti-aging, hyperpigmentation, redness, and scar revision, as well as providing full-body laser services. Certified in advanced fractional lasers and photofacials, she customizes high-performance protocols to help clients achieve healthy, radiant skin.
Driven by her genuine love for people, Farrah prioritizes patient education and long-term results. As a certified Personal Trainer and nutritionist, she looks at skin health through a truly holistic lens—understanding that vibrant skin is deeply connected to overall wellness, fitness, and nutrition. Farrah is dedicated to empowering her clients, guiding them through every step of their skin journey, and helping them reach their aesthetic goals with confidence.
Priscilla Wong, LE
Licensed Aesthetician
Priscilla Wong was born and raised in Austin, TX. She graduated from Avenue Five Institute and has been practicing aesthetics for 9 years. She has a passion for medical aesthetics and medical skin care products. Priscilla loves to provide knowledge during her services, and she puts an emphasis on at-home skin care routines. She is a big proponent of Vitamin C and chemical exfoliation—both in the treatment room and at home.

Courtney is a nursing student who loves learning. With over 6 years of experience in healthcare, she is passionate about providing quality patient care. Outside the classroom, she enjoys hockey games and other sporting events. She also loves traveling with her husband and family movie nights.
