Peptides
Peptides Made easy
Peptides are a great addition to many health and wellness plans. We make peptides easy to understand and offer combinations of peptides that fit common goals as well as custom combinations suited for a variety of needs. To make it easy, we only work with a handful of peptides and supplements (about 7 in total) that have gone through large clinical trials showing their benefits. This combination of peptides and supplements allows us to benefit almost everyone in some fashion.

Mitochondria and Cell FAQ
WHAT is Inflammation?
Inflammation is a broad term to describe a group of molecules in the body that, when inappropriately high, can cause damage to cells, tissue and ultimately organs.
Inflammatory markers (CRP, IL-6 etc.) can increase for many reasons:
Poor diet:
Normal Metabolism:
Auto-Immune Conditions:
Infections:
And much more:
How does tirzepatide help inflammation?
Large clinical studies have shown that Tirzepatide reduces inflammation through a variety of mechanisms, some of which are known and others unknown.
One big way Tirzepatide works is by improving insulin sensitivity and reducing fasting glucose, both of which cause an increase in cytokines and reactive oxygen species. This reduction in cytokines and reactive oxygen species improves cardiovascular outcomes, brain health and generalized well-being over the long term.
How does glutathione help inflammation
Glutathione works by neutralizing free radicals and reactive oxygen species.
You can think of free radicals and reactive oxygen species as molecules that are unstable (like little tornados) and when they bump into other things, they can cause damage.
Glutathione acts like sponge for these electrons, thereby turning them from an unstable tornado to a stable rock.
How does low does NAD help inflammation?
Can I decrease inflammation naturally?
Studies show that exercise and diet changes can mildly increase your NAD+ levels. However, generally speaking, to meaningfully increase NAD+ levels you either need to take supplements that are precursors to NAD+ or you need to take NAD+ itself.
We do know that common and innexpensive supplements like Niacin help NAD+ levels, which is why all of our NAD+ patients also take a Niacin capsule daily.
What are long term benefits of reduced inflammation?
A few of our favorites supplements to combine with NAD are:
Glutathione: Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant that boost cellular protection. By combining with NAD+, you are doubling up on the cellular protection.
B12 and B-Complex: B-Vitamins, also known as methyl factors, are important for most cellular functions. We love to add to B-Vitamins to all NAD+ routines if you are not already taking as part of your wellness routine.
Niacin: This supplement is a pre-cursor to natural NAD+ production and at certain doses found to positively affect cholesterol levels. Don’t worry about the “Niacin Flush”, as you can always take smaller doses if needed to avoid!

NAD FAQ’s
WHAT is NAD+?
NAD+ is a molecule that you already have in your body. This molecule is called a coenzyme and is used by your cells for a variety of important functions. In our younger years, we have plenty of this NAD+ to go around, so we do not need more of it. As we age, our NAD+ levels drop and now the parts of the cell that need it to function properly are not getting enough of it.
Many disease states including metabolic dysfunction and cancer are thought to be associated with age related decrease in NAD+. Restoring NAD+ levels can help with cellular DNA repair, cellular energy, immune cell function, and keeping cells from becoming senescent.
What are NR and NMN precursors to NAD+?
Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) and Nicotinamide Mononucleide (NMN) are both molecules that cells use to make NAD+. These are called precursos and needed for NAD+ production.
You can take NR and NMN as oral supplements to help boost NAD+. For some people, we will recommend this as an over-the-counter additional supplement to NAD+ injections.
HOw much does NAD Cost?
NAD+ pricing depends on the dose.
For 100mg a week the price is $125 a month. For 200mg a week the price is $200 a month. For 300mg per week the price is $250 per month.
You can add Glutathione and B-Complex to any NAD dose for an additional $50/month.
*Daily Niacin supplements are complimentary.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Injectable NAD+ is only available by prescription. We have made this easy for you by offering both an in-person consultation or by a virtual consultation. If you are a candidate you can receive a several month supply making it as easy for you to have at home NAD+ therapy.
How can I start NAD+?
All you have to do is schedule a virtual or in person consultation, and as long as you are a candidate, we can get you going right away!
Can I increase NAD+ naturally?
Studies show that exercise and diet changes can mildly increase your NAD+ levels. However, generally speaking, to meaningfully increase NAD+ levels you either need to take supplements that are precursors to NAD+ or you need to take NAD+ itself.

What else do you recommend with NAD?

How long do I need to take NAD+?
You may notice a positive difference within a few days to weeks, though for some people this will take a couple of months. After this, it is safe to take NAD continuously and currently there is no recommended maximum length of time you can take NAD+.
